What Recession? Michael Jackson buried in $35,000 suit

If there is a recession,the Jackson family certainly hasn’t heard of it.
Apparently Michael Jackson was buried in a $35,000 suit.
I’m seated here weeping for that money more than for Michael Jackson.I can think of ALOT of stuff I could have done with that moolah.

But wait,it actually gets worse.Apparently entombing Michael Jackson inside the Grand Mausoleum cost a cool $590,000,his casket cost $25,000 and security costs were $175,089.I understand spending that much on security.Everything else however..wow.With all due respect to the dead,these people realise he is dead and its just wasted money,right?A simple suit from Walmart for $200 would have been just fine.They could have donated that money to charity or something.

This Is It debuts at Number 1

I honestly don’t understand why this is news but for the two of you that care Michael Jackson’s “movie” debuted at Number 1.
Technically its not a movie,its just footage of Michael Jackson’s last rehearsal before his untimely passing.Why anyone would pay 10 bucks for this is beyond me but *shrugs* to each their own.

I can personally think of afew things I would spend that 10 bucks on and none of them involve sitting in a dark cinema watching a once great icon dancing around a stage with his back up dancers.

Hold the hate mail people,I liked me some MJ too,I just don’t think this “movie” was necessary but I guess most of you disagree with me because it grossed a whopping $101 million worldwide!

Michael Jackson – Heal the World

Okay,I love Michael Jackson as much as the next person but right now I am completely and totally Michael Jackson’d out…yes,I just made that up but really I am in MJ overkill mode.The man is gone.He is a legend but I hate that he is now being forced down my throat from every available medium…TV,radio,internet,newspapers..even the shops at the malls have MJ pictures and videos plastered all over the place.Enough is enough.

While I’m on the MJ topic,let me say this I wish the media would just stop trying to portray him in a negative light.The man had a gazillion skeletons in his closet (who doesn’t?) and through out his life,these skeletons kept popping out and now that he’s passed on,people are still digging for dirt.Let it go,get over it,let the man rest in peace.Whatever happened to just remembering the good things about people when they died?How come MJ is suddenly the exception to this rule?Again,to the media..enough is enough.Lets remember the good stuff he did while alive and let all the other stuff go.
